Directorate Progress Report

This report will show action progress details for a Directorate grouped by the Business Units.  If you have monthly targets then the quarter filter will change to a Monthly filter.

STEP 1: To access this report, go to Reporting > Corporate Planning > Progress Reporting and select the 'Directorate Progress Report'.

STEP 2: Select the relevant criteria and click the 'Preview' button.

The filters available to sort the details are:

Description

Default Selection

Reporting Year and Quarter (or Month)

Select the reporting year which will determine what actions to be pulled across.

NOTE: only actions travel through the selected fiscal year will be retrieved into the report

Current financial year
Directorate Select the Directorate to filter the actions from. First Directorate in the list
